I am wondering if anyone has done or has found pictures of centerpieces including curly willow, moss, river rocks and anything else straight from nature…I have a picture in my head of what I want, I am just wondering if anyone has done it and would like to share a pic or two 🙂

@SweetCheeks: I am doing a river themed wedding myself. Our table linens are going to be tan and chocolate brown layered (some tables with the tan on top, some with the chocolate on top.) For our centerpieces, we are going to use glass containers(most likely mason jars) with river stones on the bottom and cream colored candles in the center.
My plan is do do different sizes and heights like the picture with the sand in the bottom but use riverstones in place of the sand.

I did rivers rocks, sticks and fake cherry blossoms.

I found some great inspiration pics online…
How fun! A Terrarium!
I don’t know how you feel about the faux look… but you can find these for 5 for $1 at Dollar Tree
Not a centerpiece idea… but along the rocks idea, we did the below for our escort cards at our wedding. Guest names on top, and the table names on the bottom. (BTW, our table names were names of trees.) My parents collected these stones from a river bed and I used a sharpie to write on them. The guests even took them home as favors!

Birch bark! It can be used on a ton of stuff, and it is absolutely stunning with almost anything!

I’m having a fall themed wedding, but this is my inspiration pic:

I was thinking of medium sized cylinder vases, smaller sized river rocks in the bottom, curly willow, branches and maybe a few flowers…a square mirror under the vase, moss spread around the outside of the mirror…Our wedding is during the day, so I don’t need any candles or any sort of lighting. My colors are light lime green and white, with a little bit of pale light pink. I am looking to the dollar store and craft stores to get as much as I can for little cost.. Thanks for all the info girls!
That is just what I love but for myself, I would use limes or apples to match my colors. I love the mini pumpkin idea for fall! So cute 🙂

My centerpieces in the making:
By the way, the vases and the mirrors were $1 each from the Dollar Tree.
The bags of river stones were $1 a bag from Dollar Tree and I used half a bag for each vase.
The flowers are fake and from Joanns–3.99 for a stem with 3 large flowers and 3 small ones.
