Natural mint. There’s also this gum made by origins that has lots of herbs and can calm down nausea. It worked for me during chemo treatments.

Ginger is a natural anti-nausea… ginger ale, ginger candies, ginger in hot water, etc.  Also, have you talked with your prescriber about the anti-anxiety meds?  Most of them have nausea as a side effect.  I’m not sure if the meds are working (yet) since you’re still so wound up that you’re still nauseated.  But you might be able to switch meds that will decrease that side effect.  It also might just take a few weeks for everything to balance out if you just started on them.

I am nauseated most mornings of my life and I am not pregnant, either. Normally, I sip ginger ale and suck on peppermint candies. Phenerghan is a very desperate, last resort for me (ask your dr about it). But, apparently ginger is a very good food for relieving nausea. They have these things called preggie pops, google it. I know you’re not pregnant, but the pops are supposed to be awesome for relieving nausea. Also, try seabands. I’ve never had the preggie pops or seabands, but a, considering getting some soon because I hate this nausea almost everyday of my life.

Real ginger is good, and B6 helps, too.  Ask your doctor about the proper dosage, but usually 100 mg of B6 once a day is enough for me to see a difference.

If you can, get a prescription for Zofran!! When I’m feeling nausea, it is a lifesaver. The kind i have dissolves on my tongue so I feel it work quicker. I used to take Phenergan (which I think works a little better) but it makes me so drowsy. I keep a bit of Phenergan around for a last resort, especially the shots. The only downside to zofran is that it gives me a headache. I also have these candies called Gin Gins (you can get them on Amazon, but I also find them at World Market – they make chewy versions, but i love the hard candy) that taste wonderful and help w/ nausea too. I also have ginger tea.
