Yeah, I got to 11 weeks with just constant nausea and thought I was so damn lucky. I thought I had dodged a bullet and was getting cocky about it. Then at 11.5 weeks it all hit. Mine wasn’t terrible– I threw up in the mornings about once a week from there to 16 wks, and there didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to what set it off. (Not what I had for breakfast, what time I ate, there was no pattern. The only pattern is that it was always in the morning– truly, morning sickness.) I thought it was supposed to taper off heading into the 2nd trimester, but the transition between the 1st and 2nd trimester was the worst for me. The nausea did die down completely once we were around 17/18 wks… and was replaced by heartburn. But at least heartburn > nausea/MS!
