These guestbook posters by Aprilink are pretty great. The seller can customize many of them to fit your wedding colors (I think), and you can hang them on your wall when you’re done!

You can always DIY a photo booth with a digital camera and hook it up to a photo printer, if you like photos.

What about signing something with fabric pens, like aprons, tote bags, a tablecloth, or a quilt?

I got my guest book on etsy, and I LOVE it! Check out Love Much Design (a seller on etsy), she makes these beautiful photo book guest books.  They quality is amazing, I guarantee you wouldn’t be disappointed!

I have lots of ideas!

  • a plain-paper book with colorful markers/pens so people can be creative when they sign your book
  • a photo of the two of your, and one of those large mats (they even sell signature mats) that people can can their names to
  • scattered scrapbook pages of your engagement photos that people can sign … later you can put them into the scrapbook itself.
  • create a photobook online of pics of the two of you (childhood, couples shots, engagement, etc) and leave lots of margins/white space for people to sign
  • print cards for “Advice” “Well Wishes” and “Predictions” for the Bride and Groom. People can fill out an appropriate card and you can display it on a bulletin board or toss them in a basket to read through later.

Good luck!!!

I went to a wedding where the couple had printed their engagment photos out in a book (like the snapfish kind of books) and everyone wrote things in the margins. It was pretty neat, and I’m sure they’ll look at the engagment album/ guest book many times!

We did the photo booth, it was a splurge for us, but it was totally worth it! Everyone had a blast!

here’s a crzy idea that i’m thinkin of doin for ours……a guest video…

you can have a small area staged with a video camera rolling and a big poster board set up telling guests (in some unique cute way that i can’t quickly ponder right now) to give a wish to the newlyweds…..??  only downside is that it may end up getting long depending on how many guests you have….or they could just describe the newlyweds with one word… or something like that…

i heart homemade videos 🙂

or your new last name really big like posterboard size, that they could sign within the letters…you could do the letters in white, mount it on a matboard that’s ur wedding color and then have a white framed matboard around that, and frame the whole thing…

We are using a music theme, and we’re having a guitar case for our card box… so I was thinking that we might be able to get an old beatup guitar that guests could sign! We have instruments all over our house so I think it would be an awesome thing to hang on our wall.

I am in search of a rustic bench for my guests to sign. that way i can put it in a foyer or on a patio..i saw this idea somewhere a while ago and loved it! I want something that i will be able to look at for years to come rather than a book im just going to throw in a drawer.
