Try a small dot of the double sided tape they use to keep cloths on the boobs.  That will never slide around after that.

I have a couple of necklaces like that – and sometimes the brooches sag a little. But generally a well-made neckalce will be alright.

The necklace in your picture will probably not sag too much… because the front of the necklace has three strands, it is likely heavier than the brooch and the back of the necklace.

I think it’s gorgeous!
