So Fiance thinks I should bling out for the wedding since its the only day he thinks I can get away with it. But I can’t decide whether or not I should wear a necklace or not with my dress!
Here’s my dress:
As you can see, it has a straight-cut necklace and beading detail throughout the bodice through the hips. In some lights, the beading stands out well but most of the time it looks fairly subtle. Therefore, I don’t know if I should go for a statement necklace or just skip it altogether. I don’t particularly want a pendant or pearls either.
Here are a few necklaces I like so far:
I’m also toying with the idea of “shoulder chain necklaces”–what do you think?
For general reference, I’m wearing my hair down and I’ll be making a headband nearly identical to this one, but with less gold/mustard yellow since it apparently clashed with my dress. I will not be wearing a long veil, although I may go for a mini birdcage veil.
I am also wearing these earrings, although they will generally be hidden by my hair:
So what do you think? Should I bling out with a necklace/shoulder necklace or nix the idea?
Thanks in advance.
