As our cocktail-party-style wedding will have small tables and lots of mingling, we’re doing these small centerpices, along with a little table-tent menu and votive light. We’d like for people to be able to take the glasses home at the end of the night, but our brains are exhausted at this point and we can’t come up with a way to determine who from 65 guests will take home 18 martini glasses.

I saw somewhere (can’t remember where, might have been here or on another blog) where the couple gave cernterpieces away for things such as first RSVP recieved, if you had a ticket or number underneath your table, and other things like that, unfortunately those were the only ones I remembered.

@auggiefrog: I’ll try to hunt down that thread. Just what you remembered are good ideas!
@Katnisseverdeen: What is a spot dance?

So far, Fiance is not interested in the suggestions. Any more?

I’ve only been to one wedding that had a centerpiece giveaway. If you had a ticket under your chair, then you won.
