I have a half sleeve tattoo and while I am proud of it, I will be getting married in a Catholic church. I am looking for a long sleeve lace dress that will help to camouflage the tattoo as much as possible without the dress looking too matronly. Any dress suggestions?

If its just the ceremony your worried about, have you thought of getting a little bolero/jacket and getting whatever dress you want?

I think kitkatkels:
is on the right track – would you be willing to look at combining a dress of your ideal style with a type of cover up that you could use for part of the day? Sometimes it’s easier than trying to find the perfect dress with sleeves, although I have seen some beautiful modern ones out there.

There are also excellent tattoo concealers that work wonders if you find something you love without sleeves.

would you mind sharing a photo so we can see where the tattoo is?

I agree with PP’s above, a jacket can be beautiful for the ceremony! However, if you want a dress with sleeves, here are some options that I found.
Stella York 6155
Essence D1748 – jacket is removable
Martina Liana 651
Martina Liana 699
Tara Keely 2551
Maggie Sottero “Darla”
Sottero & Midgley “Emmanuelle” – has detachable jacket
Leanne Marshall “Heloise”

I would buy some Kate Von D tattoo make up and put that underneath the dresses as what Mrs. TeaCup showed us!! I am planning on using the make up if my side tattoo is showing (I am wanting to buy a strapless but sometimes it cuts to low underneath the armpit if you know what I am talking about? ) lol
