What I really want for us is “All I Want is You” by Barry Louis Polisar. We’ll see if they let us do it, and if we can find somebody who sounds like him!!!

Our church is really strict about song choices -we can’t use pre-recorded music or anything popular – so we’re using “La Rejouissance”, by Handel.  I don’t consider it “fun”, but at least it’s upbeat!

Good luck!

hummm fun, upbeat dance songs that are clean..I’ve heard of couples playing ” We are the Champions” but thats a little slow, or you could do “Just like Heaven.” Are there any dirty words in Lady Gaga “Just Dance?”

haha, my little cousin played all of our ceremony music on the piano.  I asked him what fun crazy songs he knew (the kid listens to a song and can teach himself to play it) and he goes “uhhhh….Crazy Train!”  FH and I were like SOLD!  As soon as we were announced and he started playing, everyone started laughing, it started the reception time off perfectly!  My photog got a great photo at the moment he started playing, the entire Bridal Party, me, husband, and the pastor were all laughing, mouths wide open.  Its a great shot

P and I are using the theme from Fantasmic!, the nighttime fireworks show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I work there, so it seems appropriate. 🙂

I don’t know what it’s really called, but you know that song “Tonight’s going to be a good night!” (I think it’s by the Black Eyed Pea’s)

It always gets me pumped!

What we are thinking…
Slide – By Goo Goo Dolls
I’ll stay with you – Goo Goo Dolls

Friends did – Keith Urban: lifetime of love? Not sure what it is called. It was really fun

I had a friend who played “I feel good” by James Brown for the recessional. It was really cute!

I love these two songs by Boston:  Don’t look back and More Than a Feeling!

Both have easily recognized guitar riffs and they’re songs that just make you so happy to hear!

I will probably have “Don’t Look Back” played when we exit the entire evening’s festivities though!  courtesy of DJ

We REALLY LOVE the show “Arrested Development” and are using the song that Gob always performs his magic act to as our recessional. It’s extremely offbeat and only a few people will get it…but who cares?

We did Beach Boys “Wouldn’t it be Nice”

I thought it was fun and upbeat!
