First of all – beautiful ring!!!!! I am a fellow 3 stone ring gal 🙂

Here’s the good news – now-a-days, you can have any kind of wedding band you like.  Choosing is the hard part!!  I think you just need to answer a few more questions and then we can help you better.

Do you want stones/diamonds in your wedding band?  If so, what shape (round or pear for example?)

Do you want something that is the same width as your E-ring?

Do you want them to sit perfectly flush or does a little gap bother you?

Do you want one band or two to flank your e-ring?

Regarding the curved bands, I personally didn’t want one because I wanted to be able to wear my wedding band on its own and not have a curve in it.  But that’s completely up to you! 🙂

Here are a couple of ideas I found.  One is with a plain band.  The other has small diamonds…

Ooo that last one is awesome! I also like the idea of thin little pave bands.

I like straight bands as well.. having a little gap makes them stand out too! Go to jewlery stores and try on different bands with your ring… that’s what I did and it helped me decide what would be perfect with my engagement ring! Good luck 🙂

@mrsmdphd: YOU’RE SO WELCOME!!!! I just LOVE jewelry!! I can’t help it… I’m happy to help.

I like the idea of doing two pave set bands as well.

But I REALLY like the last pic I posted.  I would have it custom made to be a straight band though with round diamonds and pears on the ends to mimic your Engagement Ring. I think that would look beautiful on its own too.

My best advice is to go try on a lot of bands with your ring.  But DON’T SETTLE!  I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted in a jeweler’s case – so I just had mine custom made.  It took a little more time and a little more work – but it was totally worth it, and not really more expensive.

awww…Mrsmdphd – I really am happy to help!  I think I just have fun looking at all the options!!

Here are two more pics that didn’t post yesterday for some reason.  The first one shows a ring very similar to yours paired with a channel set band.  Althought he center stone is not round like yours, it is easy to imagine…

The second one is paired with a band of OVAL cut stones…I think it really illustrates that you can pair ANY kind of band with your ring! [attachment=640066,83413]
