I have recently fallen in love with salicylic acid.

I particularly like the Burt’s Bees facial cleanser (sorry, I don’t know off the top of my head which one, if there is more than one. PM me if you’re dying to know, and I’ll get off my lazy butt and go into my bathroom and check!)

I use Cetaphil which is a very gentle cleanser.  It was recommended to me by my friends who are professional make-up artists.  My skin is super duper happy now!

I use Neutrogena oil-free, acne and anti-redness. It’s in a green bottle. I love it! I don’t have oily skin though.

My best friend (who has super oily skin) uses Nivia and she says it works better than any of the expensive ones.

I have combo skin and I’ve been using Epicuren products for about a year now and my skin is super happy 🙂

I am a huge fan of the Biore line. I have several cleansers and exfoliators from them. As far as moisturizer I use Olay. I even have had success with the Target brand equivalent of Olay.

Have you ever DIY facial mask?Like banana mixed with yoghourt. It’s a natural moisturizer and quite benificial to your complexion.

Target recently started selling Boots products. I’m currently using the Boots Expert Anti-Blemish Cleansing Foam. It doesn’t contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. I don’t know if you have blemishes, but even if you don’t, I don’t think there would be any harm done. This stuff is super-mild–my skin is extremely sensitive and most things make it burn and turn red, but this stuff simply takes off my makeup and excess oil–without over-drying my face either. And it was only $5-6. 🙂

I just started using the Bare Minerals Deep Foaming Cleanser and Moisturizer. I love it!  The moisturizer feels so silky and light!

Origins Checks and Balances is good for all skin types: it clears up acne without overdrying. They have over 1,000 reviews on their website, so I trust that. It’s $17 for the big bottle, and it lasts FOREVER.
