I just recently upgraded from my payasyougo, no camera, 5 year old phone to the LG Banter. It sucks and after sending it in for a new one three times I’m giving up. I’ve started to get jealous of everyone around me who seems to be able to do everything and anything on their phone and yup, I want on that bandwagon lol.
So for those of you who have an Iphone or a blackberry, do you recommend it and why?

Ive never had blackberry or the iphone….but i just upgraded about 2 months ago from my old ancient phone to the HTC Evo which is kinda like an iphone i’m told (?) ….i love it!!! it truly is awesome….only downfall is that FH sometimes gets jealous that i’m constantly on it…. lol i use it for everything….tracking fitness goals, bills, my blogs, facebook, appointments, emails, school crap, etc….. its awesome..

I like the blackberry, because I need a physical keyboard. Even though I have tiny fingers, I still can’t type on the iphone. I have an itouch and i never ever use any of the apps I downloaded on it, so I don’t see the need for an iphone even though I’m usually an apple enthusiast.

hands down the iPhone. I had a Blackberry curve for 2 years and upgraded to the new Verizon iPhone and I LOVE it. It’s so much better than my old Blackberry, just web browsing was painful on the BB and it’s fantastic on my iPhone. Plus the Apple apps are great. I got used to typing of a virtual keypad though it did take time…thank goodness for iPhone spell check.

I recommend neither. I currently have both an iPhone and a Blackberry. Neither completely fits my needs.
The blackberry is for work, it’s great for reading/answering work e-mails but is terrible at web browsing, apps, etc.
The iPhone is ok, but it freezes up and drops calls like no other.
I will be getting rid of my iPhone and getting an HTC Droid Thunderbolt. The Droids are awesome (FI has one). They are easy to type/read e-mail on, have a great and easy to use operating system. Seem to have great call quality, and really good camera & app store.

If you still want to pay as you go, and save a bunch of money, check out Virgin Mobile – I pay $25/month for unlimited data/texts and 300 talk minutes a month (I almost never get there unless I’m dealing with customer service for our cable company, haha). And I’ve got an android phone, the Samsung Intercept. It’s awesome!

I have the Blackberry Torch & I absolutely LOVE it! The Iphone is really cool & I thought about getting it but I’m just not big on the fact that its only touch screen. For the last 5 years at least I’ve had a keyboard on my phone which I love. Plus the Blackberry has just as many cool app’s as the Iphone in my opinion.. Plus my phone is touch screen but also has the keyboard.

it depends, if you text/e-mail a lot, a blackberry will be easier for you, but if you want it for techy stuff and browsing, iphone for sure.
I love my iphone4, best phone I EVER had!!!!!!! I can’t see myself ever getting bored of it!

Iphone!!!!! I know so many people who has gone from Blackberrt to Iphone and will never go back.
I have the older Iphone 3GS and LOVE it. I’ve never had a problem with it. Darling Husband has one as well. He wasnt sure about getting one but finally did and now he’s in love with it just as much.
Are you in Canada? If so, I’m with Telus and my bill is $58 each month. Which is exactly what I was paying with my old Motorola Razr!

I have an iphone and it seems to have more options than the blackberry. Most of my girlfriends who have blackberrys have traded them in for iphones.
