Here is my suggestion:Check into other parks, or smaller towns around the area-check at museums, colleges, community centers, historical buildings, etc.  I’m sure you’ll find something great! I found a vineyard for my daughter’s wedding last August by looking for the “least known”-outside the box  places, As we were on a small budget-and she wanted an outdoor wedding-there are many vineyards in our area, but most cost between $2500-4,000 just to rent the place- nothing more included!  I found a small vineyard/winery for her small wedding-65 guests, for $20.00 per adult, for a bottle of wine, and no rental fee at all!  We had the space all day as set up was required before noon for an evening wedding @ 5, and people left at 10pm! The “kids” friends said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!  In an area where average weddings cost $16-30,000 we paid less than $8,000.00 -we rented tables, chairs, and I bought 5 bridesmaids gowns on Craigslist for $200.00 I actually bought all glass dishware and silverware and other tabletop items of satin, because that was what my daughter wanted.  I enjoy helping others, so if anyone wants help let me know!  Rhonda

I went to 20 different venues on my search! Try Crystal Marquis in Whittier- they have no service charge! Also, the City of Santa Fe Springs has a very pretty venue, I forget the same but it’s a great outdoor space. Only negative is that the event has to end like at 10. Also there is a place in Fullerton, but I forget the name! I htink it’s on Harbor though. Also, have you considered a Sunday wedding? I originally was thinking about having one and these place discount 20% of food/beverage! Good luck! If I htink of more I will totaly send them your way!

these are 3 locations located in orange county

they run  3,500 and up.

but you can have your reception and ceremony there.

Also they are really good about giving you pricing on line if you request it.

We’re getting married at The Grand Banquet Center in Long Beach. They have a great package deal for at least 100 guests on Sunday to Friday at $40/person. I also really liked The French Estate in Orange but my Fiance really wanted a “night” wedding and you have to be done by 9PM there. Other cheaper venues we looked at were Swiss Park, Almansor Court, Eagle’s Nest, and the Neighborhood Church in Pasadena.

Yes, Springfield Banquest Center! Oh, i think the venue in Sante Fe Springs is a historical site. Oh1 I also visited the Long Beach Grand Banquest Center like the previous poster mentioned; it’s very pretty and they have multiple options. Good luck!

I’m getting married at Eagle’s Nest next February. I researched a lot of places and found the prices to be much lower than a lot of “all inclusive” places. They have been wonderful to work with! I hope this helps a little πŸ™‚

Try Covina Hills Ranch Estate.  They are new, affordable, available, and flexible.  We had our wedding there last August.  They even have payment plans to make it possible.  If you want to see more on them look them up on Facebook.  Good Luck!
