When I was 16 I did a 1000 calorie a day thing, lost weight quickly (about 12kg) then lost my period, was on the verge of an eating disorder.
I gained it all back within a year…
This time around I’ve been doing a fair bit of exercise including strength training, eating 80% healthy, fresh foods. My body is changing (slowly), but I know I’m being really healthy and doing it right.
