The shop that made my rings was closed down yesterday, unexpectedly. The owner of the shop emailed me and asked me to email etsy and tell them about his customer service.
His customer service was wonderful, and he did a great job on my rings. They are so beautiful.
I just wanted to make sure I say everything eloquently. here is what I am thinking
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Brandy LastName and I am contacting you on behalf of Vic S from CleanCastingJewelers. I would like to know why the shop was closed down. I ordered my wedding bands from Vic, and I could not be happier. His customer service is fantastic, Vic kept in contact with me during the entire purchasing process, replying to messages within minutes of me sending them. I feel that there has been a mistake in the closing of his shop, and I hope that you will be able to correct it. Thank you so much for your time.
Please tell me what you think. I wrote this while “taking notes” in class, so I apologize for errors, and I would be more than happy to get your constructive criticism.
