FOR 65 GUESTS: I am having appetisers when guests arrive at the recetion. Followed by a spit roast of lamb, beef, pork and chicken, with potatos and 3 salads.
We have 240 mini cupcakes that will be available on the cake table throughout the night.
My soon to be hubby still wants dessert so we are thinking a fruit salad with mango sorbet, bread and butter pudding (his choice), Lemon meringue cake and chocolate cake
Part of me is thinking drop a cake and add cheese and crackers for the ppl that dont like dessert. Or is this over the top for food?
Opinions would be great!
