Alfred Angelo does a few different pinks but you would want more of the Pink or the Tea Rose to get that color look.  And he makes some really cute dresses.

The dress is very nice, why exactly don’t they like it?

Love that dress!  and I would wear it again.  I’m curious to know why they didn’t like it?  If it’s the whole style than perhaps no “goddess-y” dress will meet their approval.

Like this one!

I really like the dress you picked out and I commend you for trying to make your Bridesmaid or Best Man happy. I love that style of dress and my favorite is Allure’s 1221 which comes in the perfect pink for you. And I’ve seen very similar dress across several designer so cheaper version is probable. I do recommend looking at Bari Jay and Bill Levkoff, they both have some “goddess” syle dresses. Check out 909 and 914 at Bari Jay and 561, 565, 520, 537, 674 and 677. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I wanted my girls to be in blush pink too and I’ve had such a hard time matching what “Blush” was in my head to any dress i found in a store and it’s so hard to tell on a website what the color will look like in person. I found Alfred Angelo’s definition of blush- to be almost a lavendar pink and everything at Davids bridal was too Barbie pink.

I finally settled for this after six dress in cameo by the dessy collection http://www.dessy.com/dresses/bridesmaid/6620/

The cameo color almost looks purpley online but I went to my local dress shop that carried the dessy collection to see cameo in person. In person the color is a peachy blush almost a beige with pink undertones. I loved it- I would reccommend finding your local dessy retailer and checking it out for yourself.

The dresses were kind of expensive at my local store ($220) but if you’re buying a lot they may give you a discount if you buy them all from that store. I ended up buying them from Weddingshoppeinc.com for $179 with no tax and free shipping. And bought a fabric swatch for $5 from WeddingtonWay.com to bring to my florist and other appointments.

Also- check Nordstrom.com. Right after I ordered my dresses I saw a few on Nordstrom in blush that were cute. They also do free shipping and free returns.

Good Luck!
