Our ceremony is going to be at the same place as the reception and half indoor, half outdoor. I’m looking for a Catholic priest who would marry us outside the church in Fairfax, CA. Any suggestions welcomed! Thanks in advance!

Father John Mabry married my husband and I last summer in Berkeley. He was awesome and our ceremony was lovely!

Not sure if you found someone yet, but I would recommend contacting the local parish near your ceremony/reception site.
My college roommate has become a Catholic priest and I was hoping he could be the officiant for my wedding. Here is part of the response from the local parish in SF:
If you both of you are Catholic the Archbishop will not give permission for the marriage to take place at the Fairmont. However, if one you is Catholic and the one of you is non-baptized, then you can request permission to have the wedding take place in a suitable place other than a church for serious pastoral reasons. I am not sure a rooftop garden qualifies as a suitable place. If permission is granted, then it must be a Catholic service. No priest is allowed to preside at non-denominational weddings. They can only preside at Catholic wedding.
