I would paint the vases and give them a rustic feel…like black lines in the creases and maybe an antique white…

I’m actually pretty cheesy & I like the ribbon idea…you could also roll them in glitter & have sparkle…or add glitter to the outside edge of your flower petals!

If it was me, I would gather up plain glass vases and spray paint them black. (Salvation Army has them for $.25-.50 a peice.) Then I would buy flowers very similar to that bouquet and add the feathers. It would look stunning. If money is an issue I would do this:

or this in your colors:

I love milk glass and I am using it for my wedding but it isn’t the the vibe I am getting for yours. My wedding will look like this:http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/my-daughter-has-fallen-in-love-with-this-dresswill-it-work

For milk glass to show up well you need a colored tablecloth or runner. Just a thought.

@Nellular:  I think that as long as you use an overlay it will look fine but white on white really is visually boring. Good luck on your milk glass hunt. I think I am up to 70 some pieces. πŸ™‚

I think clusters of your vases will look fine. I would however also look for a vase of a different shape to add to the cluster for some interest. They don’t all have to be the same.

Unless you decide to paint them solid black, I would not get into trying to antique them with black in the creases etc. Unless this is done well it will look like a hot mess.

You could even use moss in some low vases add or moss balls  for interest and texture.

Don’t know if you can get different vases but I love the old vintage glass bottles many are blue and green the peacock colors you’re looking for. I think it’d go with your theme. But I lIke the idea of clustering the vases
