Fiance and I were originally planning a friendor invitation, but we were having so much fun designing that we decided we’d take on the entire project of doing our invitations.
So far so good, but I know there must be a better way to align and spray adhesive the invitation to the backing card. Fiance wants to build a jig to line things up, but that seems like a lot of effort. Is there an easier way to make sure things are square for both pieces before we stick them together?
Thanks in advance!

We have a grid mat and a ruler, but I was trying to think of something where we could just put both pieces flush up against an L and rest assured that the whole thing was straight. I don’t relish fussing to get things perfectly straight.

I eyeballed mine, made too many and threw out about 20 that were lopsided… Lazy bride!
