I think you can’t go wrong with a nice bottle of wine – but don’t drink it too fast LOL

My second date, I gave now Fiance a homemade banana bread and he loved it.

Do what feels natural to you and good luck!

I think wine or a dessert (or both) would be great!

2nd date, I’d take dessert.

Wine, esp. if he already has some, could get consumed too quickly, and you want to be able to drive home if you need to.

Dessert or wine sounds perfectly appropriate. Depends on your own personality. If it were me, I’d go for a great dessert we could share. But I have good friends who I know would pick wine over dessert.

Good luck!

What about a small variety of cupcakes? The nicer grocery stores here have gourmet cupcakes, so you could get maybe four different kinds, and that what you’re much more likely to avoid getting something he wouldn’t like.

Either is pretty awesome and shows good manners on your part. I’m a wino myself, but like the others said it’s totally preference.

brownies are hard to screw up. just get a box, undercook a wee bit. cut and arrange on a plate (so you can test them naturally)

Wow. You’re so nice! I would just sleep with him and call it a successful second date.

@Mollytov:  That’s hilarious! 🙂  I’d bring wine because I’d enjoy it too!

@Mollytov Can you be my new best friend? I noticed a few warning not to drink too much and all I could think was “hey, it makes my moves smoother!”
