- Wedding: July 2011
LONG____________ We are planning our Vegas destination wedding for the weekend of July 30, 2011. Everyone has known about it and I’ve been vacillating between doing what I want and doing what guests would like. I’m trying to reach a happy medium. But finally I have accepted I need to do what makes ME, and Mountain Man happy, not the citified relatives. SO—here is my proposed schedule for the weekend. Give me your thoughts. Thanks in advance

Saturday July 30
We are renting a limo/bus and having photos taken along the strip with whoever wants to come along- we figure morming 9-11 is best for this- given the heat.
Relaxe- which may include spa time at the hotel- or swimming with the sharks at the Golden Nugget.
Early evening: 530/600 Bus returns to pick up folks to take them to Bonnie Springs/ Old Nevada for a pre-ceremony dinner. (remember most of our guests are old)
After dinner the ceremony will be held in the chapel at bonnie springs- candlelight and at sunset is the plan. http://www.bonniesprings.com/weddings.html
After ceremony back to hotel suite for a dessert/ice cream social in honor of Mountain Man’s Mother who passed away, but everyone remembers she was an ice cream fan cream. http://www.coldstonecreamery.com/icecream/ice_cream.html
Sunday July 31
Brunch at hotel for folks leaving that day, and just more hanging around. Maybe more photos around Fremont Street in the evening
Have I forgotten anything important, scheduled too much, too little?
