If you choose hair extensions, get clip ins! They are inexpensive and you can just pop them out after the wedding!

For me, I would not want extensions because I feel like people would concentrate on them more than the whole package/bridal look for the day. If your guy doesn’t want you to have them, maybe he just wants to see YOU walk down the aisle that day. Smile

Get the extensions, have the beautiful hair that you really want! You can still look like YOU on your wedding day, just dolled up 🙂

I wear clip-ins ALL the time and no one knows it! You can get hair extensions and still have them look natural….they don’t have to look overpowering. I have extremily thin hair and wear a few clips to give it some volume and oomph. I get compliments all the time!

Hair extentions can look great, and honestly, most men have no idea about beauty things… he probably wouldn’t even know you were wearing extentions if you hadn’t told him… he would just think you look great!

like false lashes… you tell a guy and they’re like.. eww!! they’re fake??

but if you just wear them they’re like WOW she’s looking hot today 😉

It would be one thing if you just did it and that was the first he knew about it, but if he asked you not to and then you do it anyway, even if you look amazing he’ll be hurt that his input was discarded.

And some guys don’t notice these things, but many, many guys do. You have no idea what little details in your beauty might be special to him – highlights in your hair, a freckle on your shoulder, an old bike-crash scar on your knee…

If the extensions just add a little fullness and body to your hair, great, but if they’re a drastic change, ask yourself how much of a drastic change you’d want him to make for his appearance that day? What if he showed up with a haircut you’d never imagined?

My best friend has TERRIBLY thin hair, so on her wedding day her new cousin-in-law clipped in some extensions and used them in doing her updo. They come right out, and it allowed her to have a full gorgeous up do instead of something that fell flat and frustrated her. There’s nothing about a little bit of clip in that makes you NOT who you are!

What about buying a set of clip-ins and getting a hair trial done (or styling it yourself), and then showing the finished result to your FI?

Get the extensions, but don’t add length. Just get them for fullness. I think when guys here extensions, they think you’re going to end up having crazy long hair and not looking like you. He just wants you to look like you, the woman he loves.

If you want them for volume, then sure! But like others, get the clip-ins! Easy removal and nothing “weird” for your Fiance. I wouldn’t get them for length because that is when they can start looking awkward unless done really well! Definitely try them before making a decision and obviously talk to your stylist.
