hi, so i have ordered my dress, it is the maggie sottero divina in blush, i was thinking of doing either white/ivory or platinum/light grey for my bridesmaids, the guys will be wearing medium grey suits….heres the thing…i just cant picture what color bridesmaids will look better with my dress.
i dont want to blend in with the girls but i also dont want it all to look too much if that makes sense lol.
i would love it if someone could possibly create a mock up of how it would look (im clueless when it comes to computers & stuff like this otherwise i would do it myself lol)
or if anyone had any wedding photos of a blush dress with their bridesmaids & suits that would be great too.
i know im asking a lot but i would, just love to get some kind of idea of how it would look.

@cookiemunster: This is the grey with the divina in blush.
White bridesmaids, dark grey suits…Bride isnt in blush but you can kind of see how your bridal party would look.

I think the white looks the nicest with blush.

@cookiemunster: I like the idea of grey, champagne or maybe even ivory
This color grey would be pretty with it
or you could use champagne color

thank you both so much for your pictures, its great to get an idea of what to go for, i think the grey bridesmaids look so elegant and classy but im just afraid that it will be too much grey? but then white/ivory would look so soft and romantic along with my dress..its so hard to know what to do lol

I love the gray! Or black.

@cookiemunster: What kind of belt are you doing? If you’re doing black I’d say have them in black bridesmaids dresses. That would look AMAZING. Also grey would work like the girls said above. Purple too? Pretty much anything but yellow, orange or navy.

@cookiemunster: I actually love grey for bridesmaids, that’s what I’m doing. If you’re worried about it look too drab, you can break up all the grey with blush-toned accessories, flowers etc.
Depending on how many bridesmaids you have, you could also do a mismatched bridal party in shades of grey, taupe, champagne, ivory…like this one:

As long as the groomsmen aren’t wearing grey, as well, it shouldn’t look too drab. That first photo is way too much grey for everyone, but a mix of grey with black suits/tuxes looks less flat:

I actually LOVE the idea of white bridesmaids with your blush dress. I think they’ll look lovely with the grey groomsmen!
