I think they both look beautiful on you, but I like the first a little bit more. The second might just need to be sized down, but the volume of the dress seems a tad overwhelming. Was it especially large on you?

Thank you! I completely agree. If I choose the second dress, the seamstress will take the ruffles down two layers to show a bit more of my curves.

Thank you! Yes, the dress was a few sizes too big so they had to put big clamps in the back. The corset I wore for the fitting was too short so that’s what caused it to sort of “bow” out under the belt. As mentioned above, if I go with the second one I’m going to have the ruffles start a little lower.

I LOVE how timeless #1 is and it looks incredible on your figure!!!

I can’t decide, so I can see why you’re having a hard time! Just wanted to say that you look stunning in both dresses. You can’t go wrong.

I like #2 because it fits your personality and personally think #1 doesn’t go with your venue (satin too formal for a barn ceremony)
I prefer the neckline of #2.

@dangvick: Definately dress 1! Also who is that belt by? I am looking for one JUST like it! What store did you see it at if you don’t mind me asking?

Dress 2 is the one!! I think the bottom would look beter with your setting, and it looks fabulous on you!

i voted for romantic ruffles because it is way more interesting and you said it fits your personality. I think this dress would go with your venue a tad better but really I think the overall feel of it is lovely-fun, romantic and feminine. Trust your gut either way-you look PHENOMENAL in both the gowns!
p.s. I think if you lost the belt with ruffles you could still do some statement jewelry.

I voted #2, it’s stunning!

Love #2!! So soft and romantic… I don’t care for satin bc of the shine.
#1! it shows off your great figure!

I voted one but I love sweetheart cuts like 2… the main thing that turned me off about 2 was the way the ruffles seemed to flow up and engulfed you rather than out and around you if that makes sense.

I am LOVING dress #1, its much more glam. However, I voted for #2 because it looks much more airy and light, more appropriate for a barn wedding. That’s just my opinion though, you look great in both!
