- Wedding: June 2012
Hey ladies. I am completely indecisive about what hairstyle to go with. Here is my dress, only in white instead of champagne like the model has on:
I have long thick brunette hair (a couple inches above my elbows). The wedding is in a large catholic church with high vaulted ceilings and a marble floor, and I’ll have a chapel length veil for the ceremony, and exchange it for a white feather flower to put in my hair for the reception. I’m caught between a formal look (curls pinned back into a loose bun) to better go with the overall feel of the wedding or more of a romatic look (half-up/half-down), and also whether I want to do something more normal (I usually wear my hair down) or something different (special) for the wedding.
Here are the three hairstyles I’m debating between (all pulled from google):
I would wear the veil probably pinned under the bun then trade it for the feather hairpiece for the reception.
Then there’s someting different like this:
Or half-up/down like this:
Also. Since my wedding is at the end of June I had a concern about having my hair down beause I’m afraid of sweating during a few of the outdoor photos we’ll take earlier in the day (it’s an evening wedding). We won’t be outside for very long, but still.. lol.
SO what is everyone’s vote?? 🙂
