My wedding is Feb 5th, 2011 and I have yet to decide on the colors. In Miami the weather will be beautiful, possibly 65-70 degrees. It is a 4 oclock wedding with a 6 pm reception (travel time needed).
My problem is that I am in love with green flowers and it has made my color choices difficult. i initailly went with brown or latte with green accents but I find that the bridesmaids dresses look really dull especially against black tuxes. I dont care for hot pink or turqoise so i am really stuck. Can anyone offer advice and post some pictures of items you may have seen or done. I would really appreciate it!!!

I loveeee a nice, crisp blue (you could do something nice and bright since it’s Miami!) with lime green.
Royal blue bridesmaid dresses & lime green cymbidiums… I can see it now 😉

I am doing blue, green and white and I love it. I think the brown and green will be stunnning I would just add a pop color to your pallet. Like a deep purpleor maybe a shade or coral or orange. I would good all the shemes you think you like and visually see that colors together it really helped me.Good luck! Let us know what you pick.

I was in a wedding in S. Fl last March and her colors were black, green and white. We had black dress and white flowers and the tablecloths were green. We also tied green sashes on the dresses. It looked really good!

Try a more champagne color. Since it is around Valentines day, go with red, or purple. Or if that’s not your thing then try a two toned looking dress (One that you can have two colors with). Get a lighter color of green or darker color.
Is your dress in white? If so I wouldn’t go with white for the main color.

I love the green yellow and orange combo. 🙂 Green yellow and a crisp blue would be great too.

I’d say green and yellow – a lovely fresh, spring look.
