Maybe a little peek a boo tulle might help?

I like HeMadeMeWantTo’s idea of the tulle.  It doesn’t look 2.5-3 inches in the photos but I know things are different in person. You still look great!

@HeMadeMeWantTo:  I think this is a great idea. Even if it was the same color as the dress it would create the illusion of it going all the way to the floor. As someone who HATES tripping on/stepping on long skirts, I would much prefer a slightly shorter skirt — worrying all night about ending up flat on my face would really ruin the reception for me. (Also, if you step on the front inside hem of the dress, it can pull the neckline down. Surprise nip slip = Do Not Want.)

That is definitely much better. I like it with the tulle.

No way.  It is way too short and I really think it looks awful with the tulle sticking out the bottom.  However, it looks amazing on you in general, it really is your dress style.

Can you try to take another pic without the tulle?  I don’t like it with the tulle sticking out, but the length of the dress might not be too bad without it.  It’s just hard to tell from the first pic.

I don’t like the tulle peeking out. It just looks odd. Is there a petticoat lining they could it out to make it fall flatter and longer?

I think it looks better without the peek a boo tulle, btw my friend just got married and had the exact same dress, it’s gorgeous! The only problem she had was that her bustle didn’t hold up during the reception.

Too short. I don’t think there’s a way to fix it. Send it back.

I’ve actually seen similar fabric to your skirt at Joann’s.  If you don’t want to send the dress back, maybe you can purchase some of that flower fabric from Joann’s and take it to a seamstress to attach to the lining or crinoline underneath?  I don’t think it would look too obvious then, but that’s about the only suggestion I have  =o/  Sorry!
