When I first got engaged, someone sent me a link to a website article that stressed remembering what’s really important when planning your wedding. It was a nicely written piece about marriage and how the actual details of the wedding are essentially unimportant because the really significant thing is that you are making a lifetime commitment to another person and the color of your linens is insignificant compared to this monumental act. It was very helpful for me and I referred back to it several times during the planning process when things got crazy as a reminder of what I really needed to focus on. Unfortunately, I deleted the link and now I’d like to send it to a newly engaged friend. Anyone have any idea what I’m talking about??!!!
