Try Occansydesigns.com or glamgal.com.  Both can custom and are really reasonably price.

Ebay is great. You can always DIY it too if you are crafty or know somebody who is.

I got my birdcage veil from davids bridal for about $20-25. It was very plain with only a few gems on it. I really wanted a flower on it so I found a flower headband at Icing in the mall and took it off and attached it with just a bobby pin! It worked great and I was so happy with it! All together it was less than $35!

The last picture is super over exposed but you get the idea! I was in love with my veil 🙂

@Mrs Hedgehog: I agree about ebay, the prices are usually much cheaper than anywhere else! That’s where I think I will be getting my veil, because I don’t want to spend almost as much on my veil as I do on my dress! 🙂 You could get a simple one and DIY your embellishments.

I got my cathedral veil from Bridal By leslie V (http://www.bridalbylesliev.com/). I found them by googling. I had been quoted 150-200 for a cathedral veil and she charged $30!! I already received it and it is perfect… no complaints and really good customer service..

(I originally bought one from ebay but it smelled funny and was kind of *crispy* – not good quality. )

i have a birdcage that i got on etsy. there’s so many vendors though, it might be overwhelming, but there are definetly a lot to choose from in your price range. i got mine for $30, no embellishments though.

Honestly even the most un-crafty person can pull this off as a DIY.  I made my veil and hea piece for under $20, I wish I had a picture to show you… my philosophy was… I can try this and see how it goes becuase I can mess it up 50 times before I have spent more money on it than the alternative, buying it from a traditional wedding shop. what’s the worst that can happen?

and FYI, I did put it together a two ways before finding the one I loved, but who cares?!

Try Etsy! I found a seamstress who made me a CHAPEL length veil with removable blusher for under $50!
