You look great in both but if you could find a blend of the two. I like the shape of the first one and the sparkle of the second one.

FutureMrsGrabs:  You’re like… perfect! I’m pretty sure you’d rock just about any dress, even if it was made out of a white trash bag, lol. So lucky!! Are you making sure to bring the right people with you when you’re trying on the dresses? I would also sit down with a dress consultant and have them help you find something you’re looking for. Best of Luck!!

FutureMrsGrabs:  if budget permits, you should look into Jim hjelm. Beautiful lace tops with dramatic bottoms. Always loved their dresses!

Have you looked into the Justin Alexander Signature collection.  Numbers 9704 and 9730 are my favorites.

dresses that have less extreme mermaid/trumpet bottoms can be given a more dramatic mermaid shape by adding extra crinoline underneath, it’s a very minor alteration that can change the shape quite a bit. so you may just want to focus on looking for the beading/details that you love and then see if that gown can be altered to give the exact shape that you are going for.

Your original two gowns are gorgeous on you. Why wouldn’t you just add a crinoline to the skirts to fill them out?

I love the first one, but I do think the sweetheart is a little extreme. If they could raise that a little, it would be perfect. If you aren’t sold, try Enzaoni. They have quite a few that would fit that description.

You need a hooped under skirt under it. A fishtail type so tight down to the knees and then it gets bigger to the bottom with an adjustable hoop that you can change to suit the shape of the dress. It also helps you walk in it. Keeps it away from the legs.

I was about to say the same. The first two are BEAUTIFUL on you.

You have to remember that the dress you get will be tailor made to your body, taken in where it needs to be and you will need to add a mermaid crinoline/petticoat underneath to fill out the bottom. Once those are done, either of those dresses will look amazing. I wish I had your body!!

What did you NOT like about them?
