Have you tried looking at Nina? Because you have such a specific shoe you’re looking for I think they’re probably your best bet – although I understand they can run a bit expensive…

I bought burgundy flats for my bridesmaids to change into at the reception from Seychelles in a burgundy-wine color. For their heels, I got them dyed at David’s Bridal, and (after a snafu with one pair being the wrong shade, which they fixed graciously and quickly) they looked great and matched their dresses perfectly.

BCBG has a peep toe that’s a deep red, almost burgundy.  The heel is just a little higher though, I think it’s 3″.  I bought mine (these were my wedding shoes!) at Dillard’s, but I’ve seen them at Macy’s too.
