So everyone has seen the heart-shaped cookie cutters attached to a card with a hole punch out and a sugar cookie recipe, right?
Well, we have a different idea! We are making a donation to the ASPCA. We have cat and dog shaped cookie cutters, and they are larger than we expected. We want to give a recipe, and we want to give a note that we made a donation. We don’t want the tables to look like they have metal things all over them. I thought of attaching them to a postcard type card, but upsidedown, so only the card shows when you walk into the reception and the cookie cutters are face down.
The cookie cutters are between 4 and 5.5 inches. Any other ideas? Thanks!!

I think your idea will work fine. You could also slip everything into an organza favor bag to add some color to the tables.

I would put them in a muslin bag with a cute little note explaining the donation attached to the outside.

Buy a beautiful dog or cat bowl that is very large and place all of the cookie cutters inside of the bowl with the tags sticking out. Then place on a seperate table (next to name plate table?) that has a tent stating ‘favors’ or ‘please take one’ with a couple cookie cutters out on the table for decoration. You can also put a your explanation of the donation to ASPCA in large print on the table in a pretty dog/cat frame.
Wonderful donation idea btw! We are making a donation to the World Wildlife Federation for our wedding favors.

I like the muslin bag idea. If you have a gocco, you could gocco on it. If not, a stamp would also work.

Thank you everyone for the responses! I like each idea and will look into them all! Keep the ideas coming if you think of anything else!

Check these out! They are animal print bags, with pawprint tissue paper. Too cute! They seem to have smaller bags that would fit the cookie cutters perfectly.
