The bride is really nervous about her big day. She has had to do, plan, pay, etc. for everything herself (with some help from the groom of course).
In a few days the one week countdown begins! I would like to send her a little message (1 each day leading up to the wedding) that will calm her, make her smile, etc. I am not talking about advice for married people or anything. I am talking about short but meaningful things that I can say to her. My hope is that there are some brides out there that know what they would like to have heard prior to their wedding. I am also hoping there are creative people out there that can think of some meaningful things to say that will calm her and help her to remember why she is of oing all of this and how special she is.

@KatB12: When one of my very best friends got married I did the same, I knew she had been stretched thin, so I gifted her bouquet charms that doubled as her something blue, and basically reminded her to breathe! Enjoy the day, take every moment in, nothing else will matter that day but celebrating their love, she’ll look beautiful, she’ll feel beautiful, and it will all fall into place. I also told her how proud I was of her, and how happy I knew she’d be in her marriage. And that I’d be standing right next to her, to remind her to breathe, to encourage her if the nerves took over, and to throw out funny one liners if she passed out (HA). Not to mention, it’s a huge privelege getting to be such a huge part of someone’s wedding, it’s the beginning to such a wonderful journey, and a day where it’s all about her. Write from your heart, she’ll appreciate it regardless 🙂 And props to being a good MOH!
