I hunted forever to find a dress that made me happy. It is difficult for the larger ladies but I did manage to find one but all that i tried on were sleevless, halter or spagetti straps. I need something to cover my arms because I cant stand them. HELP? (sorry for the bad call phone pic)

Love the embrodery on your dress! Have you checked etsy? I found some boleros on there that I wanted SO bad.

Boleros are pretty easy to find. I would look a local bridal shops, Macy’s, and VonMaur.
Also, Etsy has TONS of gorgeous boleros. I don’t like buying clothes online, though, because I have chunky arms!

I ordered from this Etsy shop. I highly recommend (don’t know if you want fur or not, but she might be able to get you something else.) I’m a street size 14, wedding size 16 and wearing a M-L. Convo her, she is super response and great to work with. Even sent me a swatch so I could be sure the ivory matched.
By the way, bad cell phone shot or not – you look really pretty in that dress! It’s perfect!

I ordered from this company: http://www.tulipbridal.com/bridal-lace-bolero-jacket-c-23.html?page=2&sort=2a and I was very happy with their service and quality of their work.

Thanks I will be sure to check those links out.
I went into DB thinking that I would be trying on a size 28 if I was lucky… or that I would have to custom order, and walked out of there with a size 24 dress! I was so excited. Thanks for all the comments on the dress!

That is why David’s is so great for those of us who aren’t a cookie cutter size! I’m so glad you had a good experience (I’m a DB bride too!)
