I would suggest trying on similar styles at bricks and mortar stores to see which you prefer. Also just ask Blue Nile any questions, they are very helpful. Tell them the styles you are looking at and ask the differences. I bought .50 carat earrings from them and asked what mm size they would be, they got back to me straight away. Personally, I like your first option best, I would ask them if a wedding band would sit flush. I’m sure the other options it would, that is the benefit of cathedral setting as far as I know. It’s going to look great!

I like number 2 but I agree with the PP that you should go to a local store and try those styles on

I agree with others about trying the styles on. I do like #2 more. I think you will notice your diamond nicely in this setting.

My ering is like the first one (except with sidestones) and your wedding band will not sit flush because the head is low on the ring. Since the head is low on the ring, the prongs will start to jut out and push the engagement ring away. It will only be a tiny bit, but it’s there. This is what happened to me. I was a bit upset when my rings were made, but I got used to it and it doesn’t bother me at all anymore!
