@MsMeow: thanks so much! I’m kind of the same, I pretty much *hate* strapless dresses and especially on me cos I think I have quite ‘muscular’ shoulders, but something about this one is different right?! It’s the only strapless dress that I loved but it’s sooooo different to what. I had thought of before I started looking – hence the ‘wild card’! X x

@Sez2004: Just adding to my comment above: if you go for the Alfred Sung, please do wear a veil! The dress totally calls for one.

@MsMeow: I agree! I think it would help balance the strapless thing! My SIL saw this picture of me in the Alfred Sung and said I would need to do something about my shoulders/back as it looks like my skin ‘goes on for miles’ and that the ‘dress is wearing me’ ……..whatever that means!

@Sez2004: Haha, strapless is actually fine by me, but trumpet/mermaid shapes, rosettes and horizontal rushing are not. If I saw this dress on the hanger, I wouldn’t look at it twice. But on you it’s like magic!
Btw, your shoulders look great! There’s nothing wrong with having broad shoulders, in fact, I think it’s very high fashion 🙂
