It looks like a good start to me. I would talk to the venue and ask them how long they think dinner service will last given the number of guests you think you will have and the number of servers they will have to bring the food out.

Once you get all of your numbers back you can tweak things a bit. 


Just remember the day of to be flexible. Have one of your attendants worry about the timeline, so that you can just enjoy the moment. Talk with your DJ about the timeline too. He can help a lot because he is usually very experienced and he can see the big picture of what is happening.

It seems pretty tight.  My only fear is that it will all go by so quickly because it’s so jam packed.  Are you sure you want to start at 6pm? Could you start a bit earlier to give yourself a cushion and some room for things to run over or be delayed.
