Out of the 2 dresses you posted I, personally, like dress #2 better because of the fabric.  But you should love your dress. If you don’t feel like either of these could be your wedding dress, then I think you should keep looking.

well i tried on Romantic and it is a gorgeous dress but I voted for the first one I love how it looks on you. I just feel its more “bridal” but both look awesome on you πŸ™‚

@futuremrsbig:  Well, if you a dramatic bottom, but all means go for it! πŸ™‚ The “swallowing” could just be because they are so big on you… and maybe you could get the bottom “lifted” in alterations so that the proportions were right for your height.

Regardless, the more I look at them, the more I like the second one. πŸ™‚

Number two is AMAZING on you!!! You will look tiny and curvy in the correct sized version of it. They are both sooo pretty. Dress one looks more “fairy princess” and two looks more luxurious and elegant.

I say keep looking! I think you can find a dress to fit you better than the two you posted, you have a great figure!

They are both really pretty so I think it’s a fabric preference. They are almost the same shape and are equally flattering I think. Personally I might go with the first one because I like the lighter flowier dresses and fabrics.

TBH, I don’t really like either. They are just way too much fabric for you, they swallow you up whole, even when pinned. On a side note, I am a wedding size 0 (street size 00) so when I try on dresses they are pinned for me too, and I have had this problem. On dresses that don’t have as much fabric near the top, this isn’t a problem and it looks (pretty much) decent when pinned. I would keep looking for this silouette, if it is what you like, but find one with less ruching and less bulky fabric near the top so it hugs your curves more.

IMO you should stay away from rouching. You have a great figure-accentuate it. I say keep shopping.
