I had an all white/ivory bouquet and my only requirement for the florist was no roses. These are what I had and were all easily available and not super expensive in winter if you need some flower ideas: narcissus, hydrangea, star of bethlehem, lilies, and lisianthus.

Hi There,

I love them both…but I would like to offer some advice.  I too had a winter/spring wedding and didn’t have a huge selection of flowers.  Just make sure you can get the types of flowers you have in your pictures (if that is what you like specifically about the bouquet).  I see a few flowers/filler/berries that I too wanted and my florist couldn’t get (because of the season and some because of budget).  I just barely got dusty miller (although was ok with fake if need be).  I started with a list of 35 ish red flowers that should be in season and 2 weeks to the wedding that list was way less.

Since you are doing white and pastels you should have a much better selection than me.
