I am on the other side of MI… on the lake in Muskegon. Honestly, I wouldn’t go the planner route. Have you thought about asking a few friends/family members to take a couple tasks each? You can then mention them in the program and get them small gifts to show appreciation. Way cheaper then a planner who is a stranger.

I used to work for a small company in Ann Arbor called the Betty Brigade — they did all sorts of personal assisting services, including wedding coordination, including DOCs. When I left 3 years ago they were charing $17/hour. I guarantee it is more now, but it might be worth checking out!
