What about swamp juice aka iced tea & lemonade?  Also I like Texas Tea as an alcoholic drink.

Yum! The menu sounds wonderful! Mini pulled pork sandwiches could be fun 🙂

What about desserts? Red velvet cupcakes? Mini pies? Maybe ice cream!

    Great job, have fun!

If you’re only having one white wine, I’d do something other than Moscato – it’s VERY sweet.  You might want something more refreshing, like Pinot Grigio or even Vinho Verde.

The menu sounds fantastic! I wish I was going lol.  I didn’t even think of desser but red velvet cupcakes sound great!  We’re doing ice cream right after our ceremony and I’m pretty exctied for that.  Another thought…beer floats (beer and ice cream) we have a local green apple beer that is fantastic!

@kris325:  Your menu looks delicious, but I would probably throw in a dessert or two.  I think you could do something pretty inexpensive, such as brownies, cupcakes (I like a previous poster’s suggestion of red velvet cake cupcakes because I love red velvet cake!), fruit pies, cheesecake, etc.

Oh, and fried macaroni and cheese balls are amazing.  Yum!

I think having something to eat that’s a little lighter would be a great option… like little cups of gazpacho, rice/veggie salad, veggie sticks, etc?

Also, I like white wine but moscato is waaaaay too sweet for me.  On other posts about alcohol, the consensus here seems to be that you should skip a sweet wine and do a nice dry one instead (pinot grigio or chardonnay, for example).

    Besides that, YUM!!!
