I’m stuck between 3 different Blue Nile settings and would love it anyone could offer suggestions! Also, if anyone has any of these rings I would be so greatly appreciative if you could post pictures so I can see what they actually look like on a finger! Along with the ER, I also want to purchase the matching solid wedding band so it sits perfectly flush. She loves classic 4 prong simplicity! The ideal ring width is 2mm however each of the below rings are just outside of this…
The ER will be set with a 1 carat round, and her ring size is 7.
1. Petite Solitaire
This one is my favourite, but I’m concerned it might be too thin (1.85mm) and that I won’t be able to find a matching band (the closest available is a 2mm and I’m not sure if it would look odd together)
2. Classic Comfort Fit Solitaire
I love the simplicity of this but am concerned it might be too thick (2.5mm) and too plain.
3. Low Dome Comfort Fit
I love the pictures of this ring but am concerned it might be too thick (2.5mm) and chunky. I would really like to see some pictures of this one on a finger!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

i have neither. But i do have the classic 4-prong setting from blue nile, which is 2mm in band width. mine is a .53 cushion cut on a 5.5 finger. i did not get a wedding band from blue nile, but this setting sits flush with my current band.

The visible difference between 1.85 and 2 really aren’t that perceptible unless you’re studying the differences or you’re a little OCD. You might be able to recognize the width difference but it’ll be so close it might not matter. Also, you 100% you want to get her a set/has she requested a perfectly matching set? I’m only asking because it might not be worth worrying about finding something that will match the width of a paired band perfectly if she has another idea of what she wants for a band or wants to look for one later.
Just my 2 cents. But I like the 1st the best.

I have the first one with 1/4 pave diamonds on the side. Ring is 7.5- I have large hands and I was worried that it might be too small, but I love how dainty the ring looks on my finger. If she’s a simple gal, I think she’ll appreciate the first setting.
