I think something with sparkle could be nice up at the top… (sorry no specific ideas) – BUT – what I wanted to say is to make SURE it doesn’t cause an issue for you with postage (if that’s of concern).  Those ribbons, brads, embellishments can cause issues for USPS and that means $$!

ETA:  I don’t think it looks cheap ‘as is’!

I think it looks very nice as it is.  If you want to add some color to it, you could punch two small holes in the top and tie a narrow colored ribbon through there.  If you are including other items in the envelope, you could get a 1″ thick ribbon to put as a band around all of the items in the envelope.

I would try assembling one before adding anything. Taking it out of the box and putting it together will probably help make it look more special.

Since you have a vertical embellishment I think that it would not work to add a horizontal element. If you end up wanting something more consider tissue, envelope liners, or a belly band.

I think they look prerry as-is but here are a couple of ideas:

You could put everything into a vellum envelope and maybe add a cute address label designed with the font you already used. You can get clear address labels at any office supply store.

It looks like there is a little round space between the wreaths/ivy embossed on your invitation. You could glue a small rhinestone embellishment into each space. That’s kind of a lot of work, but would still look pretty and understated.

you could add a thin ribbon down the side where the detailing ends  i think that would be pretty and easy with some glue dots

It looks very nice as it is. If I were to do anything, I think that white space at the top might need a little something. Maybe a rubberstamp in metalic ink of something, like linked hearts or a rose or an initial or something that would be significant to you. But really, if you leave it as is, it is just fine.

I was about to second the ribbon idea, but it looks like you’ve already decided! I think both sets are very pretty and sophisticated, as is!
