So we found out we’re having a boy – yay!
Problem is….ugh we’re just so un-inspired by all boys names it seems. Nothing is just really grabbing us.
My top pick right now is Jack, and DH’s is Benjamin. But I work in healthcare, and our last name starts with M and I don’t want my kids initials to be “BM” – (you in healthcare I’m sure will understand…lol)
Ugh…..anyone got any good suggestions???
– We like traditional but also fresh sounding names
– sound strong and masculine
– no aiden; jaden; caden; braden; etc.
– Darling Husband is Italian and maybe wants something that sounds Italianish (we’re tossing around Domenic and Rocco)

Here are some you might like:
Dominic (never seen the spelling with an e before)
Niccolo (nn Nicco)
I really like Jack, too!

Giorgio, Carlo, Maximo, Dante, Emilio… my favorite italian name is Enzo, but a lot of people don’t like it.
Older, strong names: Phillip, Edward, Samuel, Edmund, Geoffrey, William…

My favourites are:
As for Italian/French sounding names:
- I really like Riccardo, but I HATE the name Ricky and wouldn’t want it shortened to that.
- Jean-Luca is a fab name (and also sounds nice with Benjamin as a middle name – Jean-Luca Benjamin Sunshine09)

Dominic seems to be a good choice to me too! That was the first thing that popped into my head.
I think Ryan is a nice strong, clean name that isn’t used a bunch anymore. I also really like Alexander. Ryan Alexander is actually one of my top boys names 🙂

I love the twist to Jack or Jackson — Jax or Jaxon. Slightly less common than Jack has become in my opinion.
Also love Rowan, Liam and Tyler. 🙂

I love Rocco! That is SO cute!
What about Lane or Leo or Grant? All old hollywood actors from the 30’s!

@gorusticorgohome: I LOVE Leo. That was the name I didn’t use…you can have it, haha. 😉 Seriously though, I do love that name.

@squishycupcake: I like this!
Also, Giorgio, Lucas (Luke)

I really like Dominic (and we’d use it but his last name would start with D and I just don’t like the double D thing).
@Ms.Pink: I like Enzo, too! Especially when short for Lorenzo.

Luca, Mateo, Mattias or Quin? We chose Quin for our son, but Mateo was also a contender (DH is Spanish).
