I love the oyster colour. Light neutrals seem like they will never be ‘tacky’ looking back etc. So long as you aren’t concerned about it being too close to white I definitely think it’ll be stunning!!

    Also love the style.

My Maid/Matron of Honor is getting married in November, and she is having us wear blue dresses. They aren’t navy, they are a brighter blue. I think it’s Mediterranean by Alfred Angelo. It’s pretty without being too dark. If you want blue, something like that might be an option. :] But oyster looks like it would be a really pretty color as well!

The oyster color is beautiful.  It is a bit tad too white, but if that isn’t a concern.. Then go for it! Have you considered a dark teal color? It’s very pretty, just a suggestion if you change your mind on the oyster.

I like the oyster alot. They could wear that color again.  I hate that model tho, she’s a lemon face and in most of the Bridesmaid or Best Man dress pics lol

Honestly, I’m not a fan, but it’s probably because that color would look terrible on me. It would wash me out and make me look fat. If the color suits your BMs, then I withdrawl my objections. For fall weddings, I love earth tones and fall leaf colors–golds, moss greens, burnt oranges, browns, cranberry, wheat, etc.

I don’t think your girls will blend in with the grass unless you put them in grass or kelly green. I’ve worn green in two weddings and both had receptions at golf clubs.

I love this colour – I think it’s very chic and will photograph beautifully. In terms of potentially washing out bridesmaids’ complexions, I would just make sure they go a bit stronger with the makeup/tan.

What color is your dress? Bright white? Diamond white? Ivory? Personally, I think the oyster is very pretty but I can only envision it with a bright white wedding dress, so that would be a big consideration for me.

I really enjoy the light neutrals for bridesmaids’ dresses, so I definitely approve of the overall idea here.
