I’m stuck…sooo stuck. I have four bridesmaids and I’m really interested in the light pink and champagne colors. Between the dresses and the flowers, I want those colors, but nothing too too pink because that is not me. I like the soft, sweet, romantic look.
I originally wanted to do four different colors that flowed well together such as shading or a gradient look. Problem is, I cannot find one brand that has four light, similar colors. I explored some grays and some light light mochas to mix in there but nothing seems to be working and making me feel completely confident. The dress I like is Alfred Angelo 7243 in Rum Pink and Loves First Blush – http://www.alfredangelo.com/Collections/Bridesmaids/7243/?pg=1 – I looked at some of the other colors to find two more to flow but it’s not working. So then I explored Bill Levkoff dresses and found style #991 in Champagne and Petal Pink – http://www.billlevkoff.com/style/bridesmaid-dress/991. Do you think those four dresses go together? The two styles are very similar so I think I could swing the two different brands at the same time.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions for me? Most of all, I’m looking for pictures from actual wedding portraying these colors.
My back up plan is to go with all one color of a dress – all pink or all champagne. I’m leaning more champagne because I’m just nervous that all pink is tooooo much for me. Champagne dresses with light pink and/or white flowers. Probably different style dresses if I go the same color for all four bridesmaids.
As you can see, I’m ALL over the place and just want ideas, suggestions and/or options at this point. I can add pictures of the colors, I’ll work on that now. Have you been in or to a wedding with different colored dresses but all from the same color palette? Please let me know what you think and send any pictures my way!
