I’m looking for some advice about my wedding budget. Not to be be too specific or forward about discussing money but the venue we are looking at runs around $9,000.00 for just the location without any catering. Our total budget for our food, drinks, and venue is around $25,000.00. We are planning on having 150 guests. That leaves us with about $100.00 per person for food and drinks. We are planning on having plated dinner service and would like to have a choice of two entrees. Based on all of the experiences of everyone here…can it be done? Can it be done with quality food and drinks? Any specific recommendations for catering in Southern California or any other general advice would be greatly appreciated.
