I wore this dress to a wedding a couple of weeks ago and loved it! Mine is black though. Maybe put a cardigan or cute blazer over them?

This one is pretty too: http://us.asos.com/ASOS-Maternity/ASOS-Maternity-Exclusive-Maxi-Dress-In-Grecian-Drape/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=2457783&cid=5813&Rf900=1465&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=200&sort=-1&clr=Mauvewood

Asos has plenty of cute maternity dresses for reasonable prices and if you google coupon codes, you can almost always find one. Plus shipping is free both ways! Happy shopping 🙂

If I were you, I’d wear that black wrap dress to the wedding and dress it up as needed for the evening reception.  You can do so much with jewelry, shoes, and hair and makeup.  The dress sounds like it’d be perfect, and then that’s one less thing for you to worry about buying.  Plus, you get a little bit of a pass for being pregnant.

Do you have something else to wear to the rehearsal dinner?  If not, I think it’s better that you buy something maternity for that event.  My rule of thumb while pregnant is to avoid buying things that I can’t wear over and over again.  If you buy something with “wedding” in mind, you might end up with something dressier that you won’t wear very much.  If you buy with “rehearsal dinner” in mind, I think you’ll end up with something more versatile.

Of course, as a fellow preggo, I’m not here to discourage you from any kind of shopping.  If you want a new dress for that wedding — and a hot-fudge sundae on your way to get said dress — you go right ahead and get it.

Motherhood Maternity keeps semi formal dresses in stock all year. Starting from about $30. Also, the sales rack…Motherhood also has a brand in Kohl’s stores, but I can’t remember what it’s called now.
