Okay Creative Bees! My friends and I are entering a contest for decorated bras. The bras get auctioned off at the end of the night. All proceeds go to breast cancer research.
The event is called Save the Ta Tas!

Lol I love the name! Maybe you could put on glittery tassles?

Love the tassles idea! I’m thinking beads, sequins and feathers. I’d shop for some flashy necklaces at a thrift shop and just sew those on in strings – it would be much faster and easier than sewing on individual beads!

What if you paint it/use glitter? That could be fun! and then maybe feather the shoulder straps and hang tassel along the bottom? Or you could sew ribbon around the bottom!
Let us know what you do! Good luck!

This might be a silly question, but they’re not suppose to be wearable, right? They’re not meant to be used in the future, right? So you could get as creative as you want?
What if you had a theme, like New Orleans? Decorate it with beads, and boa feathers, some rhinestones. Oh, you could use beads to on the straps of the bra.

Great ideas. Keep them coming.
@charmbracelet- Yes they are just suppose to be like artwork. Not meant to be worn again.

Oohhh, you could buy a plain white one then tie dye it then put deocrations on it. That could be cute.
Could you tie dye a bra? Lol I’m not even sure.

You could try and do something more glam. Think, Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Maybe black and white only. A black bra with white pearls, white feather or diamondy-stuff. With a hint of teal.

tassles! hahahaha. we used to give out a “supportive sister” award in my sorority and every week you’d add something silly to the monstrous purple lace bra.

I would totally go pink (for the breast cancer theme), swarovski crystals all over the straps and cups, maybe feathers on the sides/back where is clasps

3. little pom poms from craft stores
4. something pink and furry

Aww this is so great! I wish I had the oppurtunity to do something so fun and beneficial!
What about getting swarovski crystals in pink and beading the pink breast cancer ribbon on the cups and maybe some on the straps? That would look great against a black bra!
You have to come back and share pictures with us of yours and the other entries!
